Do you know the database called Global Health?

Global Health is CABI's human health database.

Robert Taylor will teach a hands-on CEC on Global Health in Helsinki on Tuesday 24th June 9:15-13:15.

Course description: Aspects to be covered will include the subject coverage of the database, its origins, unique features, and how to search it on the CAB Direct platform. There will also be an opportunity to look at the Global Health archive which has records going back to 1913.

Robert Taylor is the Content Manager for Human, Animal and social Sciences at CABI based at their headquarters near to Oxford in the UK. With a degree in Zoology, he has worked first on veterinary and animal production information, before also managing the Global Health team at CABI. He has given training on CABIs databases throughout the world and has worked on several information projects to strengthen information systems in developing countries.
